Make the list_tests flag honor the filter flag #142

The list_tests flag lists all the tests regardless of whether test 
selection flags are specified.

It would be good to have the list_tests flag list only the tests that would 
be run.

--gtest_list_tests should list only the tests that match the filter (including 
both
runnable and disabled tests).
