HTML output report

Just as actually there is an XML report, I think it could be very interesting 
to have a default pretty HTML output with colors.

The core project members are transitioning to other projects, so we won't be 
able to
implement this ourselves.

Note that it might be easier to have a translator from the XML format to HTML.  
You
can also use gtest's event listener API to implement this.  Neither approach 
requires
modifying gtest itself, and can be done entirely in the user space.
