Read multiple files in a directory #131

I've got a dataset of 90k individual XML *files* in a directory.

I'd like to be able to provide the path to that directory to Gridworks, and for 
it to read each xml file and insert the data as a record.

The current workaround is to merge all the XML files with an external tool and 
then open the merged file.

If issue 228 gets fixed, then Refine should be able to read multiple files from 
an archive.

New importer UI in trunk/ allows for archive files as well as selecting files 
within an archive.
