ER: Ability to merge columns #239

Please add the ability to merge columns. I imagine you can do this with a 
formula, but it's tricky, especially with nulls. It would be nice if you could 
select multiple columns and concatenate their values into a new column.

Paul, is your need similar or the exact same requirement as Issue-68 with a 
simple UI to merge 2 columns with perhaps a specific character of your choosing 
?

Yes, as long as you can merge more than two columns.
