Refine will not start up #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a new Project.
2. Browse to Data File (.txt)
3. Click on Create Project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would like to see: Project spreadsheet
Actually see: "Starting up..." frozen in browser window 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using V 2.0
On Windows Explorer 8

I tried with several .txt files and couldn't reproduce this issue on Windows XP 
(SP 3) with Internet Explorer 8.  Could you provide a masked copy of the file 
you are trying to import, please?
