Support "all remaining columns" in TransposeColumnsIntoRowsOperation #337

The domain of a TransposeColumnsIntoRowsOperation is specified in terms of the 
beginning column and the number of columns to transpose. It would be good if 
the latter could be specified as “unlimited”, meaning “all remaining 
columns”, to support the reuse of an unchanged Google Refine recipe when a 
column is added (e.g. processing an Excel sheet that collects time series with 
the time values laid out horizontally).
