XML Import creates multiple rows when an entity reference is encountered #340

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import an XML file (UTF-8)
2. Observe that record 2 that contains an ampersand in the name column (as a 
& entity reference)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Record 2 is split into multiple rows, although the entity reference is 
interpreted correctly. I would expect that the name field would remain intact. 
As well, see the next record with an apostrophe.

What version of Google Refine are you using?

2.0

What operating system and browser are you using?

Mac OS X 10.6

Is this problem specific to the type of browser you're using or it happens
in all the browsers you tried?
