Improvement: data type selector when editing contents should default to the current data type

1. Create a project with a single column where all values are changed to be 
boolean
2. Edit a cell value

Data Type selector in edit window defaults to 'boolean', as this is the current 
data type. 
At least in FF4b13 the selector always is set to 'text', so I need to manually 
switch it to boolean before pressing apply.

2.0 release (r1836)

> What operating system and browser are you using?
* Fedora Linux 12, x86-64
* Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110311 Firefox/4.0b13pre

> Is this problem specific to the type of browser you're using or it happens
in all the browsers you tried?

I have also reproduced this with epiphany 2.29.90.1 (webkit-based), and believe 
this is a general issue independent of the browser.
