New Feature: comments

I want to insert comments while working in google-refine and adding commands.

When I later export the commands to a textfile, I want to see these comments to 
be able to orient myself in all the textlines to be able to edit this and that, 
cut-out or reorganize the commands
before I import them into a new project. 

These comments should also be part of the new project.

This should be a small task to implement but could help a lot.

Perhaps the comments could be organized in a hierarchie like this:
*Header1*
''header2''
'header3'
text

So that when one looks at all the commands, these comments give the list a kind 
of structure: in several fonts like bold, italic or such.

Interesting idea. These could just be "no-op" operations.
