Regexp split importer #98

Gridworks should allow for a custom importer which uses regex to separate cells.

An additional input box in the UI for the regex would be required.  To keep the 
UI simple, probably best to put this advanced feature in a separate dialog/tab.

Iain, wouldn't it be better if the data is imported as one column and then 
split later using the Split Column command? Then it's much easier for us to 
show preview as the user types in the regex.
