Prepare support for Debian 11 (Bullseye) #15

Debian 11 (codename bullseye) is in the final stages of development and will be released quite soon.

The only "glaring" issue in here is that they're moving the PHP version to 7.4 (same as Ubuntu 20.04), but that shouldn't be too much of an issue.

The goal is to start working on adding support for it as soon as it is released. Debian 10 (buster) should remain supported for the near future, ideally until it gets obsolete.

Tentative release date is set to 31st July 2021 at the time I wrote this. (~45 days left)

Debian 11 was released today. Integration work is being done in #25 and a compatible release should be coming hopefully in the next week.

This script must be run on a system running Debian 10 OR Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. when will you release ?

I don't really have a release schedule here as the plan is to merge everything into the main branch when Josh decides to release v0.55 on the upstream project (aka the "vanilla" Mail-in-a-Box)

That way I can just ship all the new features at once 😄
