Outlook not receiving email #34

Server is not blocked, server is not on blacklist, Outlook has server and IP delisted. Sends to gmail and other email addresses inside the domain.

reading suggests turning smtp_use_tls=yes to no but since smtp_tls_security_level=may is already set, there might not be any point. please help.

The issue was with Outlook protect. A bunch of emails later, it's limited but sorted.
