Closes #47

There's still a glitch where the mailbox directories aren't being created as they should (might be a directory permission issue). This is exclusive to Jammy from what I can see.

Still waiting for Roundcube 1.6 to leave RC status before the PR can be merged.

Glitch resolved. Waiting for the following until I merge:

[x] Roundcube 1.6 final release;
- [x] CardDAV plugin tarball fix - see mstilkerich/rcmcarddav#386

Other than addressing some issues that have been reported and are still building up... :sweat_smile:
