Does this mean ddccontrol won't work with this monitor? I'm planning on buying one but would like to be able to change the monitor input via software.

It works for me, I can change brightness, contrast, audio volume....

I have tested and it works with HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C (DP Alt. Mode)
