Things to consider implementing in refactor:

Create handlers to handle button actions
Change for loops to forEach when appropriate
Create a view object for display
See if LoadData is REALLY needed

Now have working search results paging in branch Refactor-based-on-PJS. Not quite satisfied enough to put into main branch.

Next set of results replaces current results instead of appending. Will compare search.js to browse.js to see if issue can be resolved. Used fieldset tag to group search form elements.
