Add Kubernetes deployment #12

As a software deployment manager I'd like to be able to deploy the service in a Kubernetes cluster So I can take advantage of the cluster capabilities for distributed applications available in Kubernetes

Acceptance Criteria

New module with Kubernetes descriptors.
