Remove definition of bounded context #42

Mathias Verraes has raised an issue (https://github.com/ddd-crew/bounded-context-canvas/issues/41) around the definition of bounded context used in this repo. I think it would be simpler if this repo did not include a definition and instead pointed to other resources.
