It would be good if after voting closes, a section/page appears to manage the contacting and replying of speakers. This would allow an admin to select two groups of speakers:
selected speakers
reserve speakers
An email could then be sent from the site to all of the selected speakers, with a link back to the site to confirm that they can attend (and answers to questions asked in the email?). This ui would then allow an admin to see who can speak, who has yet to respond, and who has declined. This could then feed into the proposed page for creating an agenda, as we would then already have a list of confirmed speakers.
