All components should be silent by default #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Running with components such as XDynamics or XMeasure produces warning 
messages. All components should be silent by default, and there should be a 
verbose flag in each component configuration.

This requirement should also be documented on the wiki.

Checked and fixed bugs for nearly all components. Will fix if more are detected 
in the future. Requirement has been added to the Wiki.
