Consolidate baseline components into +dummy package #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Currently, the user may use XDynamics, XMeasure, and LinearKalmanOptimizer 
as dummy components.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Functionality would be enhanced if these components were combined into a single 
+dummy component.

XDynamics, XMeasure, and LinearKalman have been consolidated into +Default 
package.
