Final output display is missing when -t is set and last operation is factor / #3

When the state trace flag is set (-t) and the final operation in a simulation statement is a factor (/), the factored result is not displayed.

added additional display statements conditioned on flag. Also added facility to test driver to set flags on a per case basis.
