Chase credit card payment site (https) not working with ScriptNo enabled #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Chase Credit Card payments will not work with ScriptNo enabled.  You can select 
a payment, date etc., and click next to continue.  It just cycles you back to 
the payment screen, instead of the confirmation page.  Disable ScriptNo and it 
works fine.  According to your plugin, there are no WEBBUGS, or other 
scripts/sites being blocked.  The TLD is in my whitelist.  URL is 
https://payments.chase.com.

Obviously, since this is a secure site, it might be hard to troubleshoot, but 
I'm more than willing to help out where needed, and where my security is not 
compromised!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I encountered this same issue, and I think I even explored enabling other 3rd 
level domains (such as payments.chase.com, account.chase.com, etc...).  I don't 
recall if I actually enabled *.chase.com (or if that's even an option).  I'd 
have to spend more time to troubleshoot, but for now I have to use another 
browser which is frustrating.  I'm also happy to help troubleshoot!  Cheers!

Same exact issue here. I've tried allowing *.chase.com to no avail. I disabled 
almost all other plugins also to no avail.
