Allow the patients to be plotted in a user-specified order #177

Either allow the patient IDs to be a factor (but there seem to be issues with factors and plotting) or allow the parameter patients.to.plot to plotting to specify not only which patients to plot but also in which order... (Suggested by Tsaone Tamuhla)
