Sam, the idea was to allow the user to select lots of patients to compute the CMA with the current parameters used to plot and export that to something (e.g., CSV file)? Was there anything else?

Done (with nice GUI that shows progress and can be interrupted (don't ask me how many hours I spent getting it to work in Shiny!)
