Feature/optimise existing static assets

What's changed?

• Re-exported JPG/PNG as webP, to greatly reduce file size
  • temporary measure until v2 design is complete, then I will use Cloudinary, which automatically serves the best format supported by the user's browser.
• Bitmap logos converted to svg to fix blurriness
• favicon updated to be properly indexed by Google
