Fix Link to gRPC #239

There was a dublicated "web" in the link. this fixes it

Test

  1. Visit .ddev/web-build/Dockerfile examples to customize web container
  2. Click on "gRPC" link (last item)
  3. Page produces 404.

Correct URL is "web-container-dockerfiles/grpc" ("https://github.com/ddev/ddev-contrib/tree/master/web-container-dockerfiles/grpc").

Ah, I see you fixed here, thanks. That's what you get for going through email in the wrong order.
