Changing language with docker-compose-snippets/phpmyadmin-user-settings doesnt seem to work anymore with Firefox

DDEV no longer has PhpMyAdmin built in, but instead uses the ddev-phpmyadmin add-on. Probably best thing is to try to sort it out but to create an issue there.
