Revamped the create Project to be more visually appealing an intuitive.

I'd prefer to just test a release candidate. If stuff's ready to merge can it get merged and then we can test?

I just caught a bug with existing projects that I want to address before we cut this. I'm going to address the code signing issue for builds on master and get this fix in place before I send the MVP your way.
