Well, yes, I do this, but it works fine, so please provide more detail.

Seems only to happen on Mono. Die, wait a few seconds, click respawn. I noticed that a lot of 0x67 (set slot) packets are sent via network (in 1 seconds >1k packets). Some investigation needed.
