Create a Houston page (and "Austin" is the default Events page)

Change the Event navigation to have "Houston", "Austin" Also, we'll need to add next to the neighborhood "of Austin" or "of Houston"

All 'Houston' users direct to Houston page. All other cities direct to Austin page.

Ok, here's what I think so far...

• Events page: we should check to see what city has been stated on the maker's account direct them to the Houston page by default
• X-edit page: also check to see what city has been stated on the maker's account and display a Houston default address
• DONE -> X-edit page: we should then show whichever city has been added (or changed) to the location_city field after the neighborhood --> "Cherrywood neighborhood of Austin"
• DONE -> Events page: we should filter to toggle either Houston or Austin
• DONE -> Events page: we should check location_city when the apprenticeship has been posted to add it to the correct city page (case insensitive active record queries)

GeoCoder gem:

• DONE -> we can grab the IP address of new user accounts through overriding Devise (so we don't have to have a city field at all on registration accounts, or at least pre-populate this field) --> http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21274630/how-to-record-the-ip-address-a-user-signed-up-with-using-devise-and-ruby-on-rail
• DONE -> then implement GeoCoder gem and translate the IP address into coordinates
• then use GeoCoder create an object (?) to use the user's IP address and use that to display the event page of the city that's closest to them.
