Moved tinyply.h to its own directory. #61

Created an include directory, and moved tinyply.h there, so that projects that includes tinyply as a subdirectory/submodule can add the include directory without adding the example files, too.

Heya @PieroV -- thanks for the change but I don't think I'll merge this. Unless I'm mistaken, this would be a breaking change for most users of this library...

Please consider this change in case you will ever need to do another braking one :smile: .
