📌 Term & Title

Title:
Squad & Sprint - The Agile Duo of Structure and Speed

Term:
"Squad" and "Sprint" (in Agile methodology)

🧩 Definition

Description:
Squad – In Agile, a "Squad" is like your core team for a mission. A small, cross-functional group that combines designers, developers, and other key roles to tackle specific features or areas of a project. They’re like superheroes assigned to one part of the city: always there to fix, improve, and deliver with ongoing focus.

Sprint – A "Sprint" is Agile’s ticking clock. It’s a set period (usually 1 to 4 weeks) where the team races to complete a chunk of work, delivering a ready-for-review product increment by the end. It’s about achieving short-term goals, planned out in a sprint planning meeting, and reviewed as soon as the clock stops.

In essence, squads focus on who does the work, while sprints organize when and how quickly the work gets done. They’re both Agile staples, enabling teams to structure, execute, and iterate with purpose.

🔖 Notes

Agile squads and sprints make it feel like project management meets the Olympics, with long-term teamwork and short bursts of productivity. They keep the team organized, productive, and always sprinting toward the next goal.

Remember: Keep calm, debug on, and let’s make engineering a bit more fun, one term at a time!
