Browser save file dialog styled poorly/improperly

• Equilux version v2018.10.29
• GTK+ 3 version (You can check it with pkg-config --modversion gtk+-3.0) I was unable to get an output from a couple different commands on checking this.
• Distribution (and version) Ubuntu 16.04
• Desktop environment (and version) i3wm 4.12
• Related application (and version) All browsers
• Steps to reproduce Any action that causes a download
• Screenshot(s) I attached a screenshot of Materia and Equilux

If anyone else encounters this issue I've just upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04 where the style works fine.
