HP printer update not included in catalog #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run instadmg with get catalog command

What is the expected output? 
HP Printer Update

What do you see instead?
Not there

What version of InstaDMG are you running? What revision number (this should
be the second line of your package log)?
InstaDMG version 1.6rc1 (svn revision: 388)

What OS are you running on (booted from)?
Host OS: Mac OS X 10.6.4

What OS are you installing?
Mac OS X 10.6.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Please add this to the catalog file (HP printer update on November 4th was not 
included in the combo update for 10.6.5):

HP Printer Update

Two things:

1) You should always update your host OS to be at least your target OS.

2) For 10.6 the printer drivers are downloaded on-the-fly, so unless you know 
you need them (computers that can't connect to the internet), they do not 
belong in a base image. Since this assumption is not a good one for all people 
using the vanilla catalog files, it does not belong in that file.

If you feel your image needs it, then add it to your own catalog file that 
references the vanilla catalog file, and you are set.
