worker node 2 is not working.

I followed the steps for setting up worker node 2 but I can't see the csr when I run kubectl get csr on the master.

I have confirmed the steps 3 times now. https://github.com/ddometita/mmumshad-kubernetes-the-hard-way/blob/master/docs/10-tls-bootstrapping-kubernetes-workers.md

Please what could I be missing?
