InferenceEngine: How to create Implications dynamically

As with facts, Is it possible to create Implications dynamically at runtime? If possible give some example.

I don't have any example but you can achieve this in two ways:

• Generate RuleML XML at runtime and load it,
• Implement IRuleBaseAdapter to generate the implications.
