s3에서 호스팅하는 정적 웹 페이지를 CloudFront를 통해 호스팅하도록 변경하는 이슈입니다.

이슈 #39 에서 분리한 정적 웹 페이지를 클라우드 프론트에서 호스팅하도록 변경하였고 확인 완료하였습니다.
