coffee ingress customer path를 /customer -> / 으로 변경하였습니다.

카펜터에서 사용할 코드를 추가하였습니다. hpa 파일 이름을 수정하였습니다. architect-cloud/2024/util 디렉토리 명을 utils 로 변경하였습니다.
