Switch push buttons to SMD #9

Switch to SMD push buttons instead of through hole. Current part is CIT Relay and Switch CT11025.0F160: https://www.digikey.com/short/j102mwb0

The SMD footprints are actually larger than the through-hole. Plus vias are still needed to ground Not sure how much benefit there is to this?

Footprint would be SW_Push_1P1T_NO_6x6mm_H9.5mm

These take up more room on the PCB making things harder to layout.
