[x] Preferences.ini > QuirksMode = 1 or some such.
[x] add this to the setup doc

The large amount of ITG hacked / oITG cabs makes this a necessity since some people still don't write SM5 Lua.

Anything written for 3.9x with no awareness of SM5 (Mawaru series, DOWNS packs) should go into an OpenITG installation for continuity and glitch reasons (quirks mode isn't perfect?)

Closing for now. oITG stuff is still a bit of an issue.

Reopened because someone reported that mod charts still aren't working. Someone needs to check Preferences.ini, and completely rebuild cache.
