maintain old SM and SL releases in a dedicated repo #57

just the ones that we've used, so we can revert if we ever need to

this is already handled for SM releases. https://jose.heysora.net/SMBuilds/index.htm

dan sometimes sneaks extra things into SL releases, but i don't see a reason to otherwise maintain them (more work, and we already have local copies of the git repo.).
