[ ] Coordinate with venue to make sure sound system will be onsite for the event
[ ] Verify YMCA has an ASCAP license to allow public playing of music
[ ] Create a plan for emcee/music

Dependent on #1 if the venue provides a sound system.

The venue with provide a single PA. This should be sufficient for our needs.

@AlmaFraga Could you ask the YMCA if they have an ASCAP license that allows us to play pre-recorded music onsite during the event?
