Make the text box on the Join Floor page tell you if there are no floors available #34

I think I can do it on one line in the Typeahead declaration, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way, it looks so silly when it is just sitting there not telling you anything. Make it say something like "There are no floors available for you to join" or something like that.
