Make StockWidget more robust #9

If you do anything crazy, it'll just die instantly. Also, it won't read the box at the beginning and put the stuff in the box, or prevent duplicates, and if there is more than one stock in there with the same symbol, I shudder to thing what would happen. I should probably fix that stuff.

[x] Make it work for empty inputs
[x] Make it work with initial input
[x] Prevent duplicates from being entered on page and in Django form.
[x] Eliminate duplicates from the dataset.
