* Description of the new feature:

Administrator can request to download all of the photos associated with an 
experiment.
This will be delivered as a zip file where each individual file is named with 
the form:

<who>_<responseTime>.jpg

It should run as a task queue job on the backend, similar to a report.

* Platform of the new feature(iOS, Android, Server):
This will be implemented on the server.
