Fix 64-bit setup #5

Ubuntu 18.10 does not include 32-bit mcrypt.

I had at one point followed the README to generate config.tdb and then compiled (64-bit) rather than cross-compiled (32-bit) without deleting config.tdb and verifying everything works 64-bit from scratch.
