Скрыл старые комменты и выполненные работы.
Вот оставшийся перечень вопросов-проблем:
1) Провести тестирование всей связки: 
действия со стороны МИС эмулировать 
(запускать руками тесты WEB-сервисов как по 
передаче, так и по приему 
направлений-результатов), со стороны WEB-DICOM 
выполнять действия в пользовательском 
интерфейсе
2) Реализовать функционал в МИС (АРМ "Врача") 
по приему-передаче направлений
(сделать кнопки по передаче  и приему итп...)
3) Провести повторное тестирование всей 
связки в пользовательском интерфейсе и АРМ 
Врача и в WEB-DICOM
4) Привести интерфейс WEB-DICOM (в части работы с 
направлениями) в удобный для врача вид
5) Внести услуги в "справочник услуг"
6) Внести аппараты в "справочник аппаратов"

PS: вроде все, и вроде как немного работы 
осталось...
