This PR add support for newer version based on #18.

I can do that for the last version but unfortunately, I have not kept the old xochitl binaries.

Fo now, I use remarkable2-framebuffer to use KOReader with remarkable-autoinstall.

Any way for me to test if screensharing is working fine after adding the correct offset ?
