Fix crash due to invalid notify address for 3.0.4.1305 #119

Thanks to @rotech for pointing out the correct address.

I mentioned in https://github.com/toltec-dev/toltec/pull/656#issuecomment-1428457566 that the current address causes a crash when starting xochitl.

I've tested this change via config file /opt/etc/rm2fb.conf as explained here and it does get rid of the crash.
