Device not starting #5

I connected the usb-C breakout with B8 pulled down, and connected the pogo pins. When I plug the usb in, dmesg shows USB HID v1.10 Device [Freescale SemiConductor Inc SE Blank ULT1] but the device doesn't turn on. If I press the power button, dmesg says device disconnected, but the device doesn't turn on. If I don't press the power button and disconnect the resistor and run imx_usb it says trying to connect but times out.

Did you see this behavior?

Nevermind, running imx_usb with sudo solved it.
